That's basically what we're doing here, as well as
surveying other dynamics in the computing world. You can tell this is my house,
I needed a dictionary yesterday, I didn't know how to spell some simple words,
this is discussed in the carpet movies which are probably not going to be
released. That's not to say that someone will steal them, where little beyond
the paranoia stage.
You know last night was a very unusual TV night. The
president was on the Jay Leno show and Julia Roberts was on the David Letterman
show. That's an interesting group of people when you consider the so-called no
play rule! It's also interesting because Ms. Roberts was married to a man that
had strange hair dynamics as well. His name was Lyle Lovett, a very talented
singer, I like his music very much and I like his approach. For smalltime he
was working in smalltime acting jobs. That was interesting as well. I'm sure he
did something that upset Julia but I know they were good friends for quite a
while and perhaps still are.
This gets back to another girl who had another Texas
dynamic with the bicycle boy. What's interesting is the bicycle boy still rides
around now and again. This gets back to other dynamics associated with this
part of the world and a series of circles I was working with in yesterday
mornings conscious and unconscious cerebral processing. I'm really getting good
at it!
When I look at what I've done artistically, it kind of
explains some of my dreaming dynamics.
All right, somewhere I said this is really my house, I
was talking about dictionaries, I have some odd habits, I like to collect maps
and I like to collect dictionaries. Strange, I know, what can I say, I can kind
of make maps and dictionaries into symbolic and dynamic creatures!
I'm supposed to make a movie where I lecture to an author named Dean Koontz. And I'm
gathering and sorting data, kind of doing some binary housecleaning, I feel
like it that's all I ever do.
I run across various bits of information here and there
and I'm trying to get them all centralized and trying to create some type of
centralized data storage that I can easily index and access. My stuff is spread
out all over the place, something strange is on television, a pretty girl with
red hair, you know there was a pretty girl with red hair on last night's TV
show called Castle. It's his daughter.
I got the TV off and I'm wondering. It's nice having a
DVR. Now, I'm in a house that doesn't have a dictionary, you would say, fire up
the computer and do it online or possibly you have a dictionary on your
computer. I do! But sometimes I don't like going to all that trouble. Which
gets back to Capt. Kirk in trouble with troubles…tribles…
So I need to buy a small dictionary and keep it with me,
I used to carry a dictionary with me wherever I went, I don't do that so much
anymore because of voice recognition.
So I need to spell the word offer, did you see that, the
program just jumped and started to work on the dynamics associated with the
font. I have a page that I've saved so I open the page and I'm trying to find
the word, author, Wikipedia is a good source that I use frequently. I open a
Dean Koontz page and they use the word writer and novelist. This irritated me,
so I went to another offer George RR Martin and thankfully they use the word
there.
It's hard for some people to believe, that I have such
difficulty with words, one word I'm having difficulty with is only 4 letters, I
think, I don't want to tell you what the word is and I don't even really want
to write it down. I'm not going to use that word I'm going to translate the
word into another language. That's really what I'm doing here is using images
to create another dynamic.
I am also messing around with the metadata, kids, boys
and girls, ladies and gentlemen, this is kind of how I got in the thick of
things, so to speak! Which gets back to things you're not supposed to see and
things you're not supposed to do but you are going to see and do what ever it
is you want to do regardless of what is correct.
You really need to see the carpet movies, I don't start
in on the classical lecture but I do lay some groundwork for. Now, using
objects and shapes and colors to create a type of language isn't new in the
world of artwork or symbolism. I have a unique dialect, and my way of using
artwork to create a language is somewhat like visual poetry. Although I don't
consider it to be poetry, I don't consider it to be voodoo either but it does have
some strange spiritual properties.
It's funny, the things I remember, my marriage was
starting to fracture and I started to take material out of my house and hide it
at various places, where I worked. Then the people who worked there, being
disrespectful and shitty behaved as they do. That's kind of the way people from
Texas behave, they once had the reputation for mining their manners but that
reputation is gone, it left town when we elected some governor that did some
hanky-panky at SMU. Leader not it wasn't the Bush family there was one who was
a beacon of corruption prior to the Bush clan.
We had a brief time, in the state of Texas, when things
became civil when elected the last female Gov. I liked her very much, I
actually met her in person, she actually shook my hand, when I used to work for
the federal government. That's a true story! I also met a man who would later
become a senator for a state begins with the letter M. You would think I would
remember and I do to a degree. I'm just being cautious.
I also met a man who speaks a little French, he once
said, when he smokes cigarettes, he would walk up to people and ask for fire,
interestingly enough they understood him. That's what's nice about the French.
You know this gets back to another part of the carpet lectures. Matter fact,
this gets back 2 other things I was thinking about over the past several days.
I'm speaking English, I've talked about this before, I'm
using an American addition of the language with a Southwestern flair. Although
I can understand other dynamics associated with the English language sometimes
the English themselves rate their own language. I remember watching television
last night when they lit the torches. Strangely enough, some English people
call a flashlight torch. A flash night let's try that again, a flashlight that
uses batteries and electricity to create light doesn't use of flame and
therefore it is not a torch. They also have strange names for car parts and
bathrooms and other things.
I could go on and on. I really need a dictionary.
Today wasn't supposed to turn out the way it did. I
actually suited up today, really, today I'm wearing a type of uniform, it's a
type of uniform that I would wear in the old days when I used to throw around
code when there were people that understood. This gets back to problems with
the movies and other aspects of the carpet lectures.
But I really do need to appropriate someone's image and
break it down as someone who understands the visual language. It was taken by a
young woman who posted it online. She doesn't know what she's doing, she's
having a type of Bullwinkle moment. I think I was thinking that yesterday,
she's juggling sledgehammers, she thought she was pulling a rabbit out of a hat
but she ended up juggling sledgehammers. That's what caught my attention grid
well I didn't say that you could so I'll let the machine do it.
I'm not one to clown around, I have seen people juggle
chainsaws, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone juggle sledgehammers. I
think there's a good reason why, sledgehammers have a unique sense of balance,
the balance of a sledgehammer is unique to reinforce what the sledgehammer
guys. It pounds thanks. By the way that's not guys it's what sledgehammer does.
Which gets back to another aspect of the carpet lecture movie series that
probably isn't coming to a theater anytime soon.
Then again you can never tell with me.
All right today is a day to help the government on its
quest to understand the dynamics of metadata and calibrating a meter.
